With the patronage of the North West regional delegation of Social Affairs and the SEEPD Program of the CBC health services, HSUVI (Hope Social Union for the Visually Impaired) Bamenda cordially invites you to attend commemorative activities marking her 20^th anniversary on Sunday 29^th October 2023 to be held at the Nkwen Baptist Hospital Chapel Hall of the Baptist Centre beginning as from 1:00PM.

HSUVI is an association for the visually impaired in Cameroon with head office in Bamenda, founded in February 2003 with the ultimate goal of “improving on the quality of lives for the visually impaired and enhancing the dynamics of inclusion”. Currently running a feasible Office Space at the Mile 4 Nkwen Bamenda neighbourhood, the association is empowering the visually impaired and other sighted persons of society with skillful activities in the areas of formal education, vocational training, and information technology lessons for the blind and social inclusion.

To celebrate her 20th anniversary, HSUVI is planning a series of eventful activities from now till October 29, the following activities are previewed below as:

• Unveiling the first ever newsletter of the association,
• Consolidating talent shows to expose the craft/musical/parade/sporting skills of the visually impaired and other persons with disabilities;
• Organizing an inclusive health screening campaign and
• Carrying out a weeklong human investment exercise to strategic services in town.

These series of events will provide an opportunity for members, partners and well-wishers like you to come together, celebrate and promote the achievements of the organization for the past two decades.
